En esta web puedes subir tu foto y transformarla en ASCII… el único inconveniente es que tienes que reducirla a 60*50 pix. para que te la transforme… estos son los resultados:

También puedes usar diversos programas como el Multi-Ascii que no necesita redimensionar la imagen este es el resultado:
