En la categoría Blog de la semana (que poco a poco ha pasado a ser Blog del mes) recomiendo blogs interesantes realizando una entrevista a sus creadores. Hasta ahora todos los blogs que he recomendado eran de habla hispana pero creo que ha llegado el momento de darle más caña a esta categoría y abrirme a blogs en otros idiomas. Empiezo cruzando el charco y recomendando TechEBlog.

Este blog fue uno de los primeros que empecé a leer de habla no hispana y desde entonces no me he despegado de él. Blog de tecnología y gadgets curiosos que siempre ofrece noticias interesantes y frescas. Su Jefe de Redacción, Steve Sun, fue quien nos concedió una entrevista en exclusiva para Pisito. La entrevista la dejo con las palabras originales de Steve ya que creo que se entienden muy bien y para los que no, pues a hacer uso de algún traductor online que hay un porrón de ellos (por ejemplo Babelfish).

Who is behind TechEBlog?

The TechEBlog team consists of over 10 bloggers from all over the world, with myself, Steve Sun, as the managing editor.

How did TechEBlog start?

TechEBlog basically started from my own passion for technology, gadgets, and everything in-between. In the beginning, everything was designed and programmed by myself, but outsourced once things became hectic 🙂

Why did you choose a «blog»?

I chose to blog because it allows for anyone to express their opinions on any topic, and in this case, about fascinating technologies.

Your posts are always interesting and current, how do you find all this new material?

Interesting material is the hardest part about blogging, we spend hours each day researching gadgets in hopes of finding just one item worthy of a post. Whether it be from a Japanese site or Spanish site, we’ll blog about it if deemed worthy.

If you want to «hook» someone to TechEblog, what post will you show?

It would definitely have to be Top 10 Strangest Lego Creations

Blogger for money or passion?

Passion by far, money is just the reward. In my opinion, if you only blog for money the content suffers.

PC or Mac? Or Linux?

Mac, I was a PC guy until I tried out a MacBook.

What do you think about the spanish blogosphere? Any spanish blog you have interest in?

The Spanish blogosphere is still fairly new to me, but it’s great to know that blogs like this one attract a large readership.
